They were amazing. My Highlander i bought at another dealership 52 days prior to my experience here, had a blown transmission. They were very helpful getting me in quickly and providing a rental car. This is a good dealership if you’re okay with Toyota. Scheduled 12 mo. service for oil change etc. When I scheduled I had a concern about the SiriusXM and was told the accessory tech would be working. Upon arrival met with Mike Hana and told him the probl scheduled I had a concern about the SiriusXM and was told the accessory tech would be working. Upon arrival met with Mike Hana and told him the problem with the SiriusXM the album cover only displays while vehicle is in P park, when driving an album cover never displays. Even showed him photos examples. He dismissed this saying it was just what Sirius was sending. I mentioned that our previous Highlander did not do that nor does our Tacoma. I can have the engine on and in Park, scroll through channels and album covers display. As soon as I’m in Drive the album display is gone. If it works in Park it should work in Drive. We’ll travel to another dealership for a second opinion. More
