I had an excellent experience with my service at this dealership. Because of the pandemic I had been putting off taking my vehicle in for an oil change. The employees wore masks; correctly, which doesn dealership. Because of the pandemic I had been putting off taking my vehicle in for an oil change. The employees wore masks; correctly, which doesn't always happen at other places. This was a big deal for me. The entire process was seamless and it was a huge relief to be able to get my car taken care of and feel safe while doing so. Thank you. I'm really glad I bought my car from Metro. More

Confused on how to coordinate AAA towing with Metro, I called Jennifer several times within five minutes. She was so patient each time, explaining the sequencing and rearranging appointment times to suit called Jennifer several times within five minutes. Once there, everyone wore masks, social distancing was a synch, and within just a few hours my car was repaired, washed and running like new (which is saying a lot for a 13-year-old car! My last experience was not pleasant. I felt I was rushed. I had booked my oil change in advance . I was never told my cabin filter was dirty, I needed new tires, and I needed new windshield wipers.
