Took car in for routine tire rotation and brake inspection. Upon returning home with car I noticed the passenger tires were not rotated. I know this from a scrape on rim and slight tire slice...tir inspection. Upon returning home with car I noticed the passenger tires were not rotated. I know this from a scrape on rim and slight tire slice...tire still in pre service location. Who knows about driver side. Also, tire inflations were now all over the place, 30-35 lbs. Car now missing a valve cap and 2 were loose and likely would have vibrated off in the coming weeks. No response from dealer after my initial complaint almost a week ago. They’ve lost my trust and patronage. More
