Mahalo STEVE for the best "first car" experience!!! This was my very first car shopping experience and although I started off nervous, I was surprised at how smooth the process actually went. The Acura of Salem team was very welcoming and made everything easy to understand. I was in contact with Steve Fortier for a couple of weeks prior to making the purchase - he just so happened to pick up the phone one day when I called to inquire, and he continued to follow up and help me out! He was able to give me a great deal on my 2017 Acura RDX, and took the time to search their lot (on the spot, over the phone) for the specific model/color I was looking for. Steve is so genuinely kind, personable, and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. He was not at all pushy, but very helpful to me making an appropriate decision for myself. Mike and Chris were also super friendly, informative, and patient with the details. They all collectively gave me a stress-free and caring experience. To top off the AMAZING customer service in the buying process, when I came to pick it up - Steve surprised me with a big bow on my brand new car! He really made my "first car" experience extra special. A big MAHALO to Steve and the Acura of Salem team for all of your help!!! Superior Sales Experience We had our 2013 RDX in for service at Salem Acura while we were on vacation. It has an extended full warranty, but with 82,000 miles on it we were goi We had our 2013 RDX in for service at Salem Acura while we were on vacation. It has an extended full warranty, but with 82,000 miles on it we were going to have to trade it shortly after we got home to get maximum value out of it as a trade. While the service was being performed I went to look at the 2018 RDX. Steve Fortier, a salesman, came out to talk to me. we discussed a number of things before talking about cars. He suggested letting Salem Acura price a new RDX for us. The sales process was probably the best and easiest I have had in my 50 plus years of driving. There was no pressure, they did not have the color I thought my wife wanted but found it and were prepared to get it and when she decided on another color they found it. Our dealings were with Steve and the Manager, Mike, both of whom made the process very enjoyable. They worked with us to accommodate our return to home so that the 21 trip ticket would cover our return travel time. We were pleased with the deal we got and the process. My wife hates buying cars, but she enjoyed this experience. More

Lori Rocks the House! I walked onto the lot at Acura of Salem ready to learn more about the Acura TLX, prepared to put in the work -- to drive the car, to match up features I walked onto the lot at Acura of Salem ready to learn more about the Acura TLX, prepared to put in the work -- to drive the car, to match up features against my list, to negotiate hard for a price that represented good value. Then Lori Klavitter stepped in. I drove the car, fell in love and within about 60 minutes, start to finish, all the boxes were checked and the deal was done. Mike and Lori tracked down the color and options I was looking for, and worked to meet my price and financing objectives. They had the car there ready to go the next day when Chris and Lori tag-teamed to get me through the paperwork and to get the vehicle set up. Then I was on my way. There was plenty of friendly help and kudos to go around, but Lori was there at every stage to make the deal work. I especially appreciate the extra effort she made at delivery to walk me through all the features and help me get the car set up for maximum driving pleasure. This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had, on a new Acura TLX that I love. More
