I have been driving a Toyota Sienna for 11 years and was confident I was going to buy another Toyota. But, I also knew I was heavily leaning towards a hybrid. I have seen Fred Anderson advertised for many years and their Family Plan was of interest. They had the model and color I was interested in viewing, as well as, interior color. I was pleased with the advertised internet price. I do not like to haggle. Roberto DeJesus was my 1st contact upon arrival and he was a pleasure from start to finish. I never felt that he was concerned about the amount of time he was spending with me and if he didn't know the answer to my question, he made sure he found the answer ASAP. He showed and told me things about my Camry Hybrid I wouldn't have known made it greater than I already thought it was. His 3 day follow up was impressive and he made sure to let me know I can come in at any time and he will sit with me and answer any new questions or concerns I may have about my new car. More
