I would also like to say I did not feel the sales pressure I have experienced at other dealerships - John was there to educate the consumer and let them make the decision on what was best for them. Another Great Experience I have been a Fred Anderson customer for over 20 years, and this was my 6th purchase with the dealership and my 3rd purchase with John Lafabregue. I c I have been a Fred Anderson customer for over 20 years, and this was my 6th purchase with the dealership and my 3rd purchase with John Lafabregue. I came in with my daughter, test drove two cars with her, and then handled negotiations via email. My time spent in the dealership was always by appointment and John made the process relatively painless. I have and will continue to recommend John and Fred Anderson. More

We had decided between the Highlander and a similar vehicle fr I hesitate to begin a review discussing a competitor, but it truly was the difference. We had decided between the Highlander and a similar vehicle from a competitor. The competitor's vehicle was very nice, but both the salesman and his manager were pushy, tried to up-sell us on a trim level that we did not ask for or need, and was generally agnostic to whether you bought a vehicle or not. Phrases like "You want it in white? forget it!" and "We don't have to negotiate because the next buyer will pay sticker price" and "We don't need to offer competitive financing because customers get their own" were said - and reinforced by the manager. Let me be clear, this was the experience from the competitor, NOT from Toyota. The experience at Fred Anderson was the complete opposite. Yes, these people are in the business of selling vehicles too, but they go about it in a way you would expect and highlight the qualities of the car and ask how they can work with you to take it home. Under different circumstances we may have ultimately selected the competitor's vehicle, but the experience was ruined and we left with negative thoughts about the vehicle and company. Factor in three previous Toyota's and a sales experience done "the right way", it was an easy choice to pick the Toyota. So far we're happy with our purchase and will likely be back when it's time for to replace it, hopefully far far into the future! More

He is an exceptional listener who's number 1 priority is to make the customer happy. He simply tells you the options and lets the customer make the final decision with NO pressure. He spent extra time with my 78 yrs old Mother explaining the bells and whistles of the RAV4 and treated her with respect. He made her feel at ease and after her purchase she even drove in Raleigh for the first time when leaving the dealership. Mike Hardy was exceptional to work with too. He made sure that my Mother understood all of the various perks and in closing the deal ensured that everything was completed in a timely manner. Great funny personality while at the same time very professional. More
