Rachel Daniel made the car buying experience very pleasant. We really felt that Rachel worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted and not just what was currently available. She also demonstrated a strong knowledge of the vehicle and was extremely courteous every step of the way. Although we spent less time with Mike Hardy, it was also a very pleasant experience. He took the time to answer our questions and did not pressure us to purchase additional warranties that were not applicable to our situation. As for the dealership, the benefits of the Family Plan and lifetime oil changes, car washes etc. added value to the purchase. Also, the location was very convenient.
