Took almost 6 weeks to get truck in and out of the shop for repairs. 2 weeks out for the appointment, 1 week to diagnose and get adjusters approval, 2 weeks waiting for parts, 4 days to complete repairs. w for repairs. 2 weeks out for the appointment, 1 week to diagnose and get adjusters approval, 2 weeks waiting for parts, 4 days to complete repairs. which where AC Blower Motor, Sunroof Track / Motor Replacement and Rear Window Replacement. No loaner car was offered. Luckly, I have another vehicle, or I would have had a rental car expense added to the bill. Service did give me weekly updates on status. More
