I have never been more disappointed with dealing with a business. So many issues with a car that was purchased less than 2 months ago. A misdiagnosis with the service department that caused me to have no v business. So many issues with a car that was purchased less than 2 months ago. A misdiagnosis with the service department that caused me to have no vehicle for a very long time. Many of my phone calls were never returned from the start to finish of having this car. Still waiting on a call back that I don’t expect will come at this point. I will never use this dealer again. It has been nothing but frustration and a huge amount of my time has been completely wasted. I was also expected to drive my car to another dealer 30 miles away and the car would not accelerate. Clearly safety is of no priority. More

It took almost 2 hours for a simple oil change. My appointment was at 7:30 and I did not leave the dealership to almost 930. I was told my tech came in 15 minutes late and couldn’t get a filter be My appointment was at 7:30 and I did not leave the dealership to almost 930. I was told my tech came in 15 minutes late and couldn’t get a filter because the parts department doesn’t open until 8:00. I booked the appointment almost a week advance so they should’ve pulled the correct filter for my car to be able to do the oil change on that day. Even if he got the part at 8:00, it should not almost an 1 1/2 hours to do the oil change. So disappointed! More

Service was fine, but I have been INUNDATED with emails and texts about this survey; they seemed desperate not to get less than 5 stars. They even sent an email to 87 people reminding us to fill it out (AG and texts about this survey; they seemed desperate not to get less than 5 stars. They even sent an email to 87 people reminding us to fill it out (AGAIN!) but our email addresses were clearly visible to everyone else. A major privacy violation! More
