Excellent sales lady. Deanna Thornburg Went into the dealership to look at used cars. Deanna Thornburg was very knowledgeable on the used car that I had looked at. Then she also mentioned new cars and that there were a lot of rebates and things that I might want to look at them. So I did. found just what I wanted and within my budget great price great trade in price so now instead of owning a newer model used car I own a brand new one. She was not pushy or anything that I have experience from other places. Would advise anyone to go to Harry Robinson Buick GMC and buy from Deanna Thornburg. I will be telling all my friends and family. Thank you for all your help. Without your help I wouldn't be driving my brand new car that I really love. More

There were train tables, board games, and video games to keep them entertained while we finished paperwork. Nice restroom facilities. Just a nice fluid process overall. Had to return a week later for a new water pump. They had a bay waiting when we got there and a nice SUV already cooled down and ready to go. More
