Welcome to our website and I hope to meet you at our dealership! I worked in our Service Department for over 7 years where I had the opportunity to meet a lot of people and learn customer service skills. In 2013, I moved into the Customer Care Specialist, and I get to use the customer service skills I learned in our Service Department every day. My job involves contacting customers to ensure they are ?Completely Satisfied? with their experience, contacting customers we haven?t seen in awhile to make sure everything is ok with their vehicle and notifying customers when there is recall from General Motors. It?s my goal to keep a customer for a lifetime and earn their family's business too. I graduated from Southside High School ? Go Rebels! I enjoy volunteering in my community and have been an active member of the Junior League of Fort Smith since 2005. When I?m not working I enjoy spending time with my family, riding horses, camping, and going to the lake.

Nicole, unfortunately, the lift on your truck is stretching your ABS line too far. I know that you were under the impression that the lift was factory installed, according to the GM build specifications for your VIN; it was not. Since you require a modification and not a repair, this isn't something covered under your warranty. Although we would love to be able to work on this, your truck needs to be taken to a body modification shop for either a longer ABS line or to have it re-routed so that it doesn't interfere with your steering. I want to apologize for our lack of communication. We recently tried a new process for getting messages to our service team, which glitched and did not deliver messages correctly and lost an unknown number of messages. At the same time, we were under the impression it was working. Now that we have become aware of & gotten this fixed, I hope that the quality of our communication and response times have improved. I am sorry we have lost your business & again, I apologize for our communication issues. Thank you for your feedback.
