Above & Beyond My husband and I had just started looking at cars, and stopped by Marty Cancila because of the location. We ended up purchasing our vehicle from them My husband and I had just started looking at cars, and stopped by Marty Cancila because of the location. We ended up purchasing our vehicle from them that same day because of the amazing service we received. Jordan was extremely friendly from beginning to end. He understood our budget and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want or need. The finance department was great as well. He took his time to find us the best deal he could and they were able to stay within our budget. They took the time to get to know us in order to make us feel comfortable with such a big purchase. Never once did we feel pressured by any member of the staff. I will definitely be using this dealership any time I look to purchase a car in the future! More

Jordon Slayback met us with a smile and total professionalism... and his engagement level was outstanding! He offered to answer any additional questions after our visit and with each touch point thereafter - either by phone or text – his response was swift and with respect. Further, his knowledge of the product was equally impressive. I applaud the extra level of work he applied in this process as he truly exemplified a desire to deliver quality service and professionalism. I have shared my great experience with family and friends and would recommend this dealership - period! As an astute professional, I know firsthand that I have choices and to have had such a great experience makes me truly feel as if my business is valuable! Further, Rollin did an awesome job with providing clear documentation of prices, etc. to support our decision-making. I'm simply satisfied with this entire experience and would consider returning. 2015 Challenger I had a 2010 Challenger (The car only had 55,000 miles on it) that was sitting in the shop for over a month due to a major mechanical malfunction. Whi I had a 2010 Challenger (The car only had 55,000 miles on it) that was sitting in the shop for over a month due to a major mechanical malfunction. While that experience was lackluster in trying to get things approved by Chrysler to replace the engine and keeping the local staff informed of what was going on, a wonderful salesman by the name of Zach Jones stepped in to help my situation. Zach called me out of the blue and introduced himself. He noticed that my car had been in the service area of Marty Cancila for some time and wanted to find out how he can best help me out. We had a nice initial conversation and were discussing the new 2015 Challengers. I thought our conversation went well enough for me and my wife to go down and see what our options are. We also considered a 2014 Challenger while in the middle of negotiations. Another key player in this process was Mike Hilfink in the finance department. Once we decided the better deal was on the 2015 Challenger, Mike was very open and helpful in trying to find the best monthly payment and financing options possible. Once we agreed on the price, Zach was able to locate the car with all the options I required. He was able to locate with another dealer partner so I did not have to pay extra for destination charges. The buying process was smooth, but we certainly had to work at it to get the right deal. I will certainly recommend stopping by Marty Cancila and working with Zach and Mike to get the best deal on a new vehicle. I am a satisfied Dodge customer once again. More
