Frustrated I stopped in one day for an oil change and was turned away as the lift wasn’t working.. I believe that is NOT necessary as for years oil changes have I stopped in one day for an oil change and was turned away as the lift wasn’t working.. I believe that is NOT necessary as for years oil changes have been done without them ! I was there again @4:00 on 10/21/2019 and told they couldn’t get me in before 7:00!!! I said that’s a big problem as I had already been sent away once to which I was told I could wait , but they could not guarantee I could be seen ! I said I’d wait , but there would be a problem if I had to leave without device being done ! At 6:47 my car was taken back and everything was completed . WHAT IS GOING ON ? DO YOU NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE? NO NE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT 3 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE ! Even a lady that had an appointment waited 3hours to be done! VERY POOR SERVICE!!! And not from the workers !!! From FORD !!!! They are just the workers dealing with FORDS BAD COMPANY MANAGEMENT!!!! If it wasn’t for my warranty, I’d go elsewhere!!!!! More

Inexperienced young girls working counter I just wanted a oil change and they did a full service. The young girl was very rude and said I could not do anything about it. I have been doing bus I just wanted a oil change and they did a full service. The young girl was very rude and said I could not do anything about it. I have been doing business with this dealership for years and was never treated like this. I called back and talked to Mike who I have dealt with many times and he apologized for the way I was treated. You need more people like Mike, it’s not about the extra money it’s the principal of the thing. More
