Defective transmission Just found out today 5/07/19 that my 2013 Ford Escape titanium has a blown 3rd piston in the transmission and with dealing with a transmission place Just found out today 5/07/19 that my 2013 Ford Escape titanium has a blown 3rd piston in the transmission and with dealing with a transmission place other than Ford with only 33,000 miles on my car and having it be out of warranty because the car was 6 years old on January-5th of 2019 that this transmission place is telling me that of all of the transmissions that are just like mine, that they have seen come through, all of them have the 3rd piston blown in the transmission? They are telling me there is a defect/ failure in the 3rd piston in those transmission's? Finally talked to Ford yesterday and because I had the car taken Bayport auto to have my car worked on because Ford didn't get back to me in a timely manner like they had promissed too, they are telling me there is nothing they can do for me because I had my car towed to Bayport auto to have it fixed? Clearly they know that they have a transmission issue and have not done a recall on the transmission's? More

Internal transmission issue at 33,000 miles Brought my car to Hudson Ford on 4/13/2019 for a new battery and went to drive the car home, only to wind up 1/4 of a mile down the road to have it st Brought my car to Hudson Ford on 4/13/2019 for a new battery and went to drive the car home, only to wind up 1/4 of a mile down the road to have it stall out again and had to have it towed back to Ford? This time they called me and told me that my Ford Escape with only 33,000 miles on the car needed a new transmission/ it has an internal transmission failure? They qouted me $7,400.00 for a rebuilt transmission and I was quoted by RMF auto $5,000 and Als transmisiion $4,100.00 and Bayport auto $3,100.00, I have been waiting for Ford to call me back in reguards to the issues and they sad they would respond back by Friday 4/26/2019 or Monday 4/29/2019 at the latest, and today is Wednesday May 1st and have not heard a word back from Ford? Customer service at Ford is very SLOOOOW to say the least? I had my car towed to Bayport auto to fix my transmission yesterday! More

High and dry Took my car in for an oil change and a repair on an audio problem. After the oil change I realized No sticker was put on my window with a date of the Took my car in for an oil change and a repair on an audio problem. After the oil change I realized No sticker was put on my window with a date of the oil change and worst of all, no one filled my window washer fluid and I got stuck on the freeway with nasty windows. Had to pull off, buy a gallon of washer and fill up my reservoir. It took every drop from the bottle. It was bone dry. Took 2 more wks to fix the audio trouble :( More

Ford experience Always a great experience. They are always professional , knowledgeable and make you feel like they care. Always keep you updated. I did have an issue Always a great experience. I did have an issues with car after it was "fixed" that could have resulted in a very bad incident. Luckily it didn't. Because of it I did not feel comfortable in my car so I bought a new one. I would have liked a better deal but the sales person was great and I love my car Thanks. More
