We had a very positive experience purchasing our 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid from AutoPark Honda. Ray Mathews guided us with patience and clear explanations, which made the process much easier. John Watson handled a concern we had after purchase with kindness and professionalism, approving a fair resolution. And General Manager Mike Icenhour personally took the time to address our issue, which showed me the dealership values its customers. Their combined support turned what could have been a stressful experience into one that restored my confidence. I’m grateful for their efforts and highly recommend this team. More

I purchased a 2025 Honda Pilot on July 30, 2024, and gave them a very large cash down payment over $25,000. I had nothing but problems with this dealership with paperwork and not willing to take a extra step them a very large cash down payment over $25,000. I had nothing but problems with this dealership with paperwork and not willing to take a extra step to fix my registration and license where they submitted the wrong County to DMV and now told me they can't help me. They also stated it's the DMV fault, not the dealership. Horrible experience. John Watson at Leigh told me today, I will have to fix the problem myself now and they can't help me. Is this what I get for going all the way to Leigh Auto Honda in Cary, NC Today, I called Honda Corporate Headquarters and Honda Finance and they said they have yet to get any title work from them and this the reason why the DMV also would send a Temporary Tag because DMV has no title either, so therefore how could anyone issue a permanent registration and license plate which came in the mail with Temporary in it. What was the point in paying for License, plate, and tags registration if it was all temporary and won't even last a year, but only for about 30 to 45 Days? It's certain facts that this dealership should handle and be willing to help the consumer, and Leigh Honda wouldn't help, as a consumer that purchased a brand new vehicle. Today, the DMV in Raleigh, Kayla stated this dealership could have called to make the correction but didn't want to. I would not get a vehicle from Leigh Honda Auto Park or recommend them to anyone to purchase a vehicle. More

After more than a month, we have heard nothing back … *** Our worst vehicle pu different Auto Park Honda managers, from whom we received e-mails. After more than a month, we have heard nothing back … *** Our worst vehicle purchase experience, ever. Ordered our HRV on Oct. 4, with an ETA of mid/late Nov. After several ETA “pushes” in Nov. and Dec., we were told for 3 weeks that our HRV “is still on a truck in GA”. And, since Honda increased prices on Jan. 1, we would have to pay more than the agreed-to price. Dealer refused to split the price difference. Classic “bait and switch”. Unacceptable. Picked up the same model HRV on Jan. 11, after going to the dealership to check on the status f our HRV. Wass told that a truck had arrived that day with the same model HRV, but that it would be sold “first come first serve”. So … we waited over 3 months, were never told that “first come first serve” vehicles were arriving, that there are 2 “paths” to purchase. And I don’t believe fora minute that this was “the first truck to arrive” with “first come first serve” vehicles. You’d have sold the exact same model HRV to a walk-in after we waited 3+ months? Unacceptable. The ONLY reason that we went through with this purchase is that we had zero “leverage” in this transaction. You sell the HRV regardless, and we still need a vehicle. In the past, we have always gone to Autopark Honda first. We will go elsewhere from now on. More
