We decided to visit Headquater Honda in Clermont,Fl to see if we would find what we were looking for. As soon as we entered the dealership Joel Castaneda was already there to greet us. After the introductions we told him what we were looking for. He told us immediatly that he had a couple cars in mind. As we were looking at the cars he was very, very informative and prompt to answer our questions. He was polite, efficent, professional and treated us as family. That was very important me. My wife and I immediatly came to the same conclusion: we had found our car. Joel was enthusatic and glad to hear we found the car we were looking for. Soon after we began the long, and rather boring, process of buying the car. But Joel made it fast and entertaining. He knew it could be draining waiting for while everything was processing but yet again he made it fun and very easy on us. His co-worker Mike Jahangir was also involved in our case and he,like Joel, was efficent, friendly and very professional. Thanks to both Joel and Mike my wife and I now have the car of our dreams.
