The purchase of a new CRV was one of the best and easiest car buying experiences I have had. I was very impressed with my salesman, Mike Jarrin. He worked very diligently to clear up a title issue with my trade in vehicle. I initiated a dozen internet bids in the states of Illinois & Wisconsin for a 2023 Ridgeline. I had already taken my test drives and done my research.....I knew what I wanted so was simply looking fo Illinois & Wisconsin for a 2023 Ridgeline. I had already taken my test drives and done my research.....I knew what I wanted so was simply looking for the best deal. Most of the dealers wanted me to come in and "haggle". No Thanks. Several dealers didn't even respond AT ALL, no phone calls, no email responses, nothing. I found that surprising. Mike Jarrin of Zimmerman, however, responded via email and actually did offer me a price and a discount. I had quite a few irons in the fire at the time, wasn't the easiest to get a hold of, but Mike gently and professionally kept in touch via phone and email and I quickly reached the conclusion the only dealer that really desired my business was Zimmerman Honda. Mike DID NOT hand me off. He took care of me from cradle to grave so to speak. While seeking quotes, other dealers seemed to hand me off to others, gets real confusing, and would send me automated messages. Really? You're having a robot do the work?? I was treated respectfully and professionally through the whole process at Zimmerman, by a knowledgeable human being. I did my research and knew the value of my trade in and Zimmerman did not disappoint. The last person to shake my hand and wish me safe travels in my new ride .........was Mike Jarrin. While Mike was swapping plates, I spoke for a few minutes with a friendly gentleman named RC.......come to realize later he's the Co-Owner of the joint!!! I live 90 miles away, but the whole experience w/ Zimmerman and Mike was well worth the drive, wouldn't hesitate to do it again. More

So glad I found Zimmerman Honda! After trying to purchase the car I was looking for months in the Chicagoland/Milwaukee area and given false promises, lied to (told the car was in s After trying to purchase the car I was looking for months in the Chicagoland/Milwaukee area and given false promises, lied to (told the car was in stock and when I arrived an hour later was told "it just sold") or I would need to pay ridiculous mark-ups, I finally found Zimmerman Honda. They were honest with me from the start, told me what they had in stock and were willing to hold the vehicle I was interested in so I could see/test drive it the next day. After arriving (at 4 PM on a Saturday mind you) Mike J. was extremely helpful answering all our questions, letting us test drive, look the vehicle over and we never once felt rushed to make a decision because they closed at 5 PM. When we decided this was the vehicle for us, Mike and Jeff stayed late to complete the paperwork so we could drive it home that night (which coming from NE Illinois was a 3 hr drive). I might also add this was by far, one of the easiest and quickest sales we have ever completed. If your looking for a honest and reliable dealership with no haggling, no mark ups and an honest sales team, then this is the dealership for you. More
