Mike Jarrin was very good to work with from the first time I called regarding the car (I live in another city). I had been given incorrect information from another sales rep when I had called prior, and time I called regarding the car (I live in another city). I had been given incorrect information from another sales rep when I had called prior, and it made me a bit hesitant about doing business with your company. But I was impressed with Mike (and I"m not easily impressed). He was friendly, had a sense of humor, was extremely accommodating and helpful, and above all, I felt, as did my brother who was with me that first day, that Mike was trustworthy. He followed through on everything, had the car waiting when I got there to test drive, and got things done quickly. I arrived about 9:45, test drove the car, got financing worked out and down payment made, trade worked out on my previous car, title transferred, and drove out with the new car about 4 hours later, which I thought was very good. I would definitely recommend Mike (and the dealership) to others - good experience, good guy. More

Mike and team at Zimmerman Honda were absolutely fabulous! They had all my paperwork taken care of over the phone before I even arrived at the dealership.
