Megan, First off we thank you for your business here at Zimmerman Honda. We are sorry for the trouble you are having right now. Zimmerman Honda truly cares about EVERY customer's experience, and Mike did everything in his power to double check the vehicle for you as well prior to final delivery. Your 2013 Suburban was fully detailed by our Master Detailer as well as getting finished again for delivery by 2 of our detailers who pulled it into the sales delivery room for you on March 21, 2024 and buffed and polished the spot on the driver's door you also requested. So we can verify 3 different detailers, detailed and cleaned the vehicle. We can also verify that Mike took the vehicle to service PRIOR to delivery, so that the tire would get resolved. Mike pulled it out and got it outside for you at 2:49pm on March 21, 2024, Mike is VERY meticulous while checking his customer's vehicle deliveries over. He checked the standard items as well as your vehicle should have only had a 1/4 tank, but we verified it received a full tank, was clean, and the tire had been checked out by service and was ok. Upon your families inspection at 2:52pm on March 21, 2024 and delivery of the vehicle, nothing was mentioned as far as cleaning and gas. This is the first mention to any department via phone, call, text , or email, or phone about any of these concerns on April 5, 2024.
