Michael Johnson, who handled our transaction, could not have been more accommodating. He brought vehicles to our home so that we might test drive them, and even brought all of the paperwork to us, so that have been more accommodating. I give the dealership four, rather than five, stars because, ten days after the transaction, we've still not received copies of any of the paperwork we signed - including the purchase and sales agreement. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable about BMW's ! Michael Johnson was the young man who was extremely helpful in showing me a particular vehicle that I had seen on BMW Dealership website. We drove it a short distance to get the feel of the car since I had never had a BMW before, but my sons have both had and still have them and love how they drive.
