First, I want to say that I’m thankful my CA Kevin Commissiong reached out to me to give me the opportunity to order a car that I highly love, the X4. The wait as I heard was not long, but to me, two months wait is extremely exhausting especially when you’re not fully aware of the process. Kevin was great at answering my questions during the process even though several times it took a while to receive a response. I feel that my experience was not perfect and could have been done better especially when trying to close the deal and take possession of the car. I was asked if I was able to take possession of the X4 that day and I replied yes I could. I was advised to send over my hubby and my drivers license and insurance card so everything will be taken care of before I get there and it will be a quick in and out. Submitted requested information. I even left work 3 hours early to make sure I made it on time. Get there and Kevin stated he was not aware I was coming and he requested DL and insurance card again. Provided again but explained I had already provided him with the information through our texts and he knew I was coming. We was not introduced to the service department. I offered to buy weather mats, but he advised that he would try to see if he could locate some because the service center had closed. We made it there around 4:30 and by this time we had been there for 2 hours just sitting. We did take a quick test drive before that. I assumed financing had been taken care of because I asked several times throughout the wait of my delivery and after I put down a $5000 deposit if financing would be an issue and he stated that his manager said it wouldn’t be. He first said, BMW was financing us and then he come back and said they’re sending our credit to multiple banks. To this day, I do not see where BMW FS pulled our credit. All in all, we were at the dealership until almost 7:30pm. We were promised gas in the car. We got ready to leave the dealership because we were the last ones and the X4 only had 22 miles left for gas on it. It seemed like, we were just being fed a bunch of BS so I’m not sure why the request for my feedback since my first time new car buying experience was ruined and there wasn’t any great customer service. I think a little training, he would be a great Salesman. My experience was not great outside of him contacting me to order the X4. More

Lastly, I must mention the fact that Jeremy worked (2) hours passed closing time....on Christmas Eve! He escorted me to my beautiful new car, reviewed the various features, and ensured my car was "shiny and bright" by getting it detailed that day to save me a drive from Georgia to Florida. The Capital BMW team in Tallahassee went beyond my expectations to assure that I got the best deal on the lease of a 2021 330i sedan. I live in Destin Florida, a 2 ½ hour drive from the dealership. My initial contact was with Trey Purvis who maintained an open line of communication from my first inquiry with the dealership through the negotiations and my taking possession of the car. Trey knew I was looking for a specific color and when I found it in Tallahassee, he went out of his way to coordinate how I could see it before securing the actual lease. Giving me a “first right of refusal” during the three days between my finding the car and being able to see it, put my mind at ease. When I finally got to the dealership, Trey was there to welcome me, answer my questions and put me at ease. From that point forward, he never left my side until the deal was made and I drove my beautiful new BMW off the lot. Throughout the negotiations, Trey anticipated my questions and was answering them before I even had the chance to ask. He went out of his way to acquaint me with the car’s features and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. Additionally, he provided me his cell number, making on going communication for questions or concerns seamless. In the end, Trey Purvis and the entire Capital BMW team made the leasing experience painless and surprisingly pleasant, so much so, that I am considering driving 2 ½ hours to Tallahassee for service.
