The Capital BMW team in Tallahassee went beyond my expectations to assure that I got the best deal on the lease of a 2021 330i sedan. I live in Destin Florida, a 2 ½ hour drive from the dealership. My expectations to assure that I got the best deal on the lease of a 2021 330i sedan. I live in Destin Florida, a 2 ½ hour drive from the dealership. My initial contact was with Trey Purvis who maintained an open line of communication from my first inquiry with the dealership through the negotiations and my taking possession of the car. Trey knew I was looking for a specific color and when I found it in Tallahassee, he went out of his way to coordinate how I could see it before securing the actual lease. Giving me a “first right of refusal” during the three days between my finding the car and being able to see it, put my mind at ease. When I finally got to the dealership, Trey was there to welcome me, answer my questions and put me at ease. From that point forward, he never left my side until the deal was made and I drove my beautiful new BMW off the lot. Throughout the negotiations, Trey anticipated my questions and was answering them before I even had the chance to ask. He went out of his way to acquaint me with the car’s features and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. Additionally, he provided me his cell number, making on going communication for questions or concerns seamless. In the end, Trey Purvis and the entire Capital BMW team made the leasing experience painless and surprisingly pleasant, so much so, that I am considering driving 2 ½ hours to Tallahassee for service.
