He brought vehicles to our home so that we might test drive them, and even brought all of the paperwork to us, so that have been more accommodating. I give the dealership four, rather than five, stars because, ten days after the transaction, we've still not received copies of any of the paperwork we signed - including the purchase and sales agreement. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable about BMW's ! Michael Johnson was the young man who was extremely helpful in showing me a particular vehicle that I had seen on BMW Dealership website. We drove it a short distance to get the feel of the car since I had never had a BMW before, but my sons have both had and still have them and love how they drive. Michael was with me the whole time and explained all the paperwork I needed to sign and directed me to the finance person to finalize my loan.
