Michael Johnston was so helpful. I had a couple of Subarus in mind that I wanted to try. The one that I decided on was because of my decision, not because I felt any pressure to choose one. Michael showed me the invoice for the car and was able to get me an incredible deal. All around, I found the experience to be enjoyable and not the typical car salesman deal. I am very happy with my new car!

This is the second time I have purchased a car from Mike Johnston. He is knowledge and has treated me with respect. My wife and I enjoyed working with Nick Westover for our purchase. Mike Johnston was able to locate the trim package in the colors we wanted even though the vehicle was not yet delivered to the dealership. Mike answered my numerous emails quickly and efficiently. Financing was pretty painless, a little writers cramp by the finish but it all went smoothly.
The experience at this dealership was fantastic. The negotiating process was simple and quick. Sales person was very professional and kind and very willing to help smooth the negotiating process. We really enjoy the internet sales experience and enjoyed working with Mike Johnston. He was clear, honest and straightforward . He was able to get us all the features we wanted when we purchased a new Impreza. He did not pressure us to upgrade and was very kind and professional.
We remarked on the way out that the experience was much better than the high pressure, unpleasant experience with our last car. The finance manager, Mr Limb, was also very fast and knowledgeable. I would recommend Nate Wade to friends.
"Great overall "
Michael answered all of my many questions I had throughout the entire process. He was always quick to respond. I didn’t feel any pressure which made for a great experience. He was also very courteous and professional which I appreciated. I would recommend him to friends/family. The only issue I had throughout everything was with Nick Poulos. He was very off putting and I felt he was trying to be intimidating which was very irritating. In the middle of going through paperwork he asked “aren’t you glad you met me?” I don’t know what the point of that question was, especially in the middle of talking business. It had absolutely no place or reason in the conversation. I’m glad I didn’t finance through the dealer because I don’t think the experience would have ended well with him. When going over warranty he asked if I had a “brother, or dad who I can talk to about the warranty”. This doesn’t sit well with me because he assumed that I was not able to comprehend what a warranty was or make a decision without asking a man. I found it offensive that he thought a young woman buying a car on her own would need someone else to make a decision. If I needed someone else wouldn’t they be there?? Don’t make assumptions like that. He called me multiple times after buying my car telling me I had to pay for my license plate, which I had already done previously. He left me 3 voicemails which I found were unprofessional and my spouse agreed. I reached out to Mike and he was able to inform him that I had already paid and he stopped calling. I would NOT recommend Nick to anyone. John was much more pleasant and professional, I would recommend him. The dealer as a whole I would still give 5 stars because it doesn’t deserve to get docked over one person. With the exception of Nick, all of my interactions were positive and I am happy with the level of professionalism and customer service I received.

I was referred to Nate Wade by several acquaintances, and the recommendations turned out be warranted. The Costco pricing tool also pointed me there, and I got a prompt call back from Mike Johnston. It had been 35 years since I had purchased a new vehicle, and I was wary of working with a dealership. We looked at gently used options first. Mike was most helpful, never pushy and always helpful and respectful. As we began to consider a brand new vehicle, Mike worked diligently to find something that was exactly what we wanted.

Before purchasing my new vehicle, I had been to other dealerships. Nate Wade stands out compared to the others in many areas, but I was especially satisfied with the staff. Mike was incredibly friendly and allowed us to take our time in making decisions on our new car. He even went to the trouble of driving to a second lot to let us look at other vehicles (because I was being picky). Fred made the finance part of our trip easy and quick. Any questions we had were answered proficiently and with care.
