Charles Mann was outstanding. Not only did he provide honest answers to my many questions, but he also assisted us with other things such as putting us in contact with our insuran Not only did he provide honest answers to my many questions, but he also assisted us with other things such as putting us in contact with our insurance agent for proof of insurance. The only thing I would suggest to Charles is that when he sells a new vehicle, go over some of the features of the car, such as opening the hood or the car cutting off at stops. Yes, one is supposed to read the owner's manual. But who reads the owner's manual before leaving the dealership. Mike was also a pleasure to work with. He also took the time to answer my many questions, and he also got resolved an issue I had about the miles warranty on the new car. I didn't rate Casey Tucker because I don't remember any dealing's I had with him. We are all happy with the vehicle. Thanks Charles and Mike for making it a smooth deal. God Bless Us all....
