Kyle B. was excellent to work with, so much so that my husband purchased a Ford F-150 from him. The only problem what with corporate headquarters. I received was excellent to work with, so much so that my husband purchased a Ford F-150 from him. The only problem what with corporate headquarters. I received a message on 3.30.22 that said my vehicle was built and would ship in a few day to a week. It was the middle of June before it shipped to me. If the vehicle is not ready a email should not be send until it is ready, A customer should not have to wait 2.5 months for a vehicle to ship. I cannot believe that there was not a truck leaving Chicago that they couldn't have put it on and ship it to Kelly Ford. Please understand this does not reflect bad on Kelly Ford or Kyle B. this is on Ford themselves. More
