I stopped by Kelly Ford to test drive a used vehicle they had in stock however it had sold that morning so Chelsea Rontundo lined up a few other SUV's for us to test drive...we had told her I was just begin had in stock however it had sold that morning so Chelsea Rontundo lined up a few other SUV's for us to test drive...we had told her I was just beginning my search and not going to be buying today. She spent some time with us test driving and I really liked a vehicle they had particularly because it had a spot for my purse. (important for women) Chelsea was so knowledgeable, patient and kind couldn't resist buying a vehicle from her. The entire team at Kelly Ford was awesome...Chelsea Rotundo, Andre Mannain, Mike Karpowich, and few that I didn't get their names. Chuck listened to my trade and payment requests and expectations and did everything he could to get me where I needed to be. In fact he went above and beyond to help me into an even better situation than anticipated. Mike was my finance Manager and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and we even shared laughs during the process (which was a first during paperwork at a car dealership for me). The experience of special ordering a truck although longer than I would have liked, was exactly the time you explained. I’m sure the lead time will shorten as things get back to normal.
