Mike was so down to earth and truly a pleasure to work with! (Hugs to Mike to Infiniti(y) and beyond!) He introduced me to John, who then gave me several options with car choice and was also very patient. I'm in sales myself, so I had certain expectations with regards to a "car salesman" approach, that did not happen. Instead, John was cool. We went on the longest test drive EVER! LOL. (ONLY because there were holiday festivities ending in town.) We got a good laugh at it. After I found the perfect car, I saw Sean who was also friendly. I felt comfortable speaking to him, that we got off subject and talked about personal life. That made me feel even more comfortable because this Infiniti of Naperville is VERY FAMILY ORIENTED, which I loved! (The people at THIS Infiniti of Naperville are real people, just like us customers!) I then visited with Justin, who showed me the list of features of my car and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. We also talked 'music' for a little while. He walked me to my new beautiful car. Justin was very knowledgeable, professional and nice! He expressed several times, if I had any questions, he was there to help. Justin is great with technology! I am truly appreciative of the people who helped me, the efficiency of their process from beginning to end and how everyone treated me so kind. I thought this would be a 'pretentious' dealer, but it was the complete opposite!! Very cool and genuine group of people. Oh! The girl at the welcome desk on Labor Day was so sweet and personable with an infectious smile! I'm extremely happy with the results. I love my car!! THANK YOU INFINITI OF NAPERVILLE! More

She walked me through the process of finding the vehicle that I wanted with patience and care. She answered all my questions and invited me to come in. Once I arrived at the dealership, Debbie met me at the door and introduced me to Michael Swanson who was my salesperson, He was polite and friendly and made my process easy. Once I found my vehicle, I was introduced to Dallas Carlson who helped me obtain the accessories I wanted and introduced me to my vehicle. He took his time and instructed me on how each function operated, Finally I met with Paul Kay to sign all of my documents and warranty packages. He was very thorough and precise as he explained my options. This was truly a great experience. I must add that none of this would have happened if Debbie had not call so quickly and was able to answer my questions, At that time I was definitely on the fence and frustrated in searching for the perfect vehicle for me. I've gotten burned from car salesman in the past.. She also got me a great deal! Doug also was a big help and finalized the purchase with me. Went through a lot of details and took care of a few scratches I asked for on the car. Paul put the finishing touches on a great experience. He was very helpful and got me a great warranty to go with my car! Overall a GREAT team at Naperville Infinity! I highly recommend them and definitely will be back for my next purchase. More
