A nice friendly gentleman beckoned us through as he was speaking to his customers. Again, we were able to check out the cars in the showroom without feeling we were the ones being checked out. The nice man, who had finished with his customers, offered us a water or a coffee. We said we were fine but asked if we could find out more about some cars we liked. He immediately brought us around and showed us the cars we were interested in. He listened intently and was full of knowledge and friendly advice. I thought, "what a great salesman"! However, when we went back into the showroom I soon discovered that this was not a typical salesman. He was the owner of the dealership. Mr. Mike Korallus was gracious and humble. He listened to our wants and needs. He never tried to put us in a more expensive vehicle and even advised us on how to save some money when we were deciding to add some features, steering us away from some he thought we might not need. Mike handed us off to Michael Swanson who could not have been more helpful or professional. He, too was very knowledgeable and made sure we were looked after and has been very helpful since we purchased. Paul Kay in Finance and Justin Rogers were also very knowledgeable and respectful. This was a truly great experience and we are very grateful to Mr. Korallus and his team. I can honestly say that I've never had such a positive car-buying experience. More
