After arriving from our residence in Stillwater, Trevor had the vehicle in front of the building ready for us to look at and test drive. Trevor was very personable and accommodating to us. When a couple of issues were noted concerning the vehicle we wished to purchase, he immediately had them resolved, to include having technicians travel to Stillwater to replace a cracked windshield, Since our own experience with Trevor and the Carter-dealership-family, we have met a others who shared experiences similar to ours. One of them had purchased several vehicles from them and plans to again. Overall, our experience was a very pleasant one. There was no pushy salesman approach which I am one that appreciates not being bombarded with feeling they are depressant to make sales. The price on their cars were right with no haggling. He couldn't have been more friendly. He had all the paperwork done before I came in. The best car buying experience I've had. Carter will have first shot at my business from now on.
