Exceeded all expectations I came in for a test drive and drove away with a new car and some new friends. Who knew buying a car could be so much fun?! I wasn't expecting much fr I came in for a test drive and drove away with a new car and some new friends. Who knew buying a car could be so much fun?! I wasn't expecting much from the experience other than some new information and a solid test drive. I made the trip from Lancaster to Baltimore (because everything is better in Maryland) and was prepared for the worst. What I got instead was respect, kindness, and an amazing Jeep. Mike was so much fun. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and so kind. I appreciated Mike's willingness to help me and the level of enjoyment throughout the whole experience evaporated all of my skepticism. Thank you Mike, you are an awesome person! More

Highly recommend I have always wanted a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. When I checked with my local (small inventory) dealers in Delaware, I walked away disappointed. Now I I have always wanted a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. When I checked with my local (small inventory) dealers in Delaware, I walked away disappointed. Now I can see that those "Can I help you / chat things" really work! Mike Kydd contacted me, and I gave him my long list of expectations. He did everything in his power to get me in my amazing 2017 Wrangler Unlimited. I could not be happier with my Jeep or the service and professionalism at Herritage. I drove 2 hours to get there, and Mike sure made good on his promise to send me home in a Jeep that I could actually afford to enjoy. I love my Jeep, and my middle school-aged daughter is certain that her popularity just went off the chart. Mike Kydd and Herritage Jeep will definitely get my business again and again. More

Best experience ever!! Mike was probably the nicest, kindest, patient salesmen I have ever worked with. Our deal wasn't a normal walk in and make a deal and walk out. So, when we found what we wanted online I called Heritage Chrysler, Dodge, RAM in Parkville. Fate intervened and I was connected to Mike Kydd. I told Mike the truck we were interested in and explained we were on the other side of town, so I wanted his best price out-the-door to justify us coming around the beltway to purchase the truck from him. He called me back 15 minutes later. After little negotiation (and a few laughs) deal was ironed out. We picked up our truck today! I've dealt with a lot of salespeople over the years and as a woman it can be VERY frustrating when you feel like your not being taken seriously or being taken advantage of. I NEVER felt that way with Mike. For that I thank you, My husband had a great buying experience with Mike. We recommend anyone looking for an honest deal contact Mike today! You won't regret it. More

We laughed and joked the entire time i was at the dealership. I went in knowing exactly what i wanted and he quickly found it for me.
