So, when we found what we wanted online I called Heritage Chrysler, Dodge, RAM in Parkville. Fate intervened and I was connected to Mike Kydd. I told Mike the truck we were interested in and explained we were on the other side of town, so I wanted his best price out-the-door to justify us coming around the beltway to purchase the truck from him. He called me back 15 minutes later. After little negotiation (and a few laughs) deal was ironed out. We picked up our truck today! I've dealt with a lot of salespeople over the years and as a woman it can be VERY frustrating when you feel like your not being taken seriously or being taken advantage of. I NEVER felt that way with Mike. For that I thank you, My husband had a great buying experience with Mike. We recommend anyone looking for an honest deal contact Mike today! You won't regret it. He wasn' one of those pushy salesperson that you find at some dealership's. He was very friendly and explained everything to me step by step until I fully understood the process. My car was involved in an hit and run on November 3, 2014 and was totaled. The first person I thought about was Mike Kydd. I gave him a call and told him my situation and made an appointment to meet with him on November 11, 2014. I left there in a 2015 Dodge Dart limited. I also met with Mitch I don't know his last. Mike and Mitch's professionalism and courtesy was exceptional!!! I will continue to come back to Heritage to buy my car as long as you people working for you like Mike Kydd and Mitch.
