And the Jeep Compass is being replaced by the Grand Cherokee (it's actually being replaced by the Cherokee but he was close) but they are going to keep selling it. Not sure how you keep selling something you no longer make but what the heck. Weirdest visit to a dealer ever. They should visit Heritage's VW and Mazda dealers for lessons on how to treat people. Mike was our salesman and we also worked with Brad in the financial department. Mike was so interested in our needs and wants rather than what he wanted to sell us. He was patient with us yet aggressive when it came to finding the right car at the right price. He was constantly on the lookout for the best car for us at the best price and he found it. Brad made it happen with this financial geniusness! He got us a rate we never thought imaginable. I felt as though I was working with family who wanted the best for us rather than just some sales guy trying to make a dollar. I bought my truck 10/21/11. I found the truck online and contacted dealership through thier website. Within ten minutes I got a call from online sales manager polite, knowledgable and friendly. He even had the direction from my town to the dealership ready! Also, the Carfax report was available and very helpful. When I got to the dealer I talked to Mike who told me everything I wanted to know about the truck and showed it to me inside-out. I came back later that day with my trade in and left with the truck in about two hours. The buying process was fast, pleasant and efficient. According to Kelly Blue Book value I paid $230 less than what the truck is worth. MOST IMPORTANTLY I was treated with RESPECT by everyone I encountered (including the lady on the phone whom I called five time with questions). I was blown away by the experience at this dealership! More
