maintenance I have had both of my hondas in for service this week. Michele Dessert is my service advisor and she is he reason I continue to bring my 2002 for se I have had both of my hondas in for service this week. Michele Dessert is my service advisor and she is he reason I continue to bring my 2002 for service. I brought my accord in for routine maintenance and stated no problems with vehicle, and upon driving home i had brake problems, I had to call Michele and she said bring the car right in and she had Mike Larson drive with us and find out the problem and he serviced the car and fixed whatever occurred during the routine maintenance service. I was happy to see Mike, a familiar face at honda, and glad he would take care of my car, I was upset when I arrived but he was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable. More
