I am not satisfied at all about what happened in norm reeves Honda, I paid $10k for down payment for used car but the staff didn’t register it as a down payment, later I found that the huge amount go to reeves Honda, I paid $10k for down payment for used car but the staff didn’t register it as a down payment, later I found that the huge amount go to insurance and warranty and other things not needed at all ! When I asked for return my money back to me and get your car; they refused. When I asked for cancellation for unnecessary payments they refused some of it !!! They exploited me. Also the financial manager she treated us badly. I can’t imagine that. I believe that if I ask for help; they should help me, unfortunately they don’t. Unbelievable!! How terribleness they were !
