Unbelievable Service Mike Lehman helped us purchase a 2014 Honda Odyssey from Honda of Ocala in September 2013. At the time he provided incredible service going above and beyond what was expected, even giving us his cell phone number. He encouraged us to call him anytime if we had a question or problem. Seven months later, I misplaced my keys and was unable to unlock my van. I called his cell phone after the service department was closed for the night to simply ask him a question about unlocking it. He and his wife drove to where I was stranded and was arranging for someone from the service department to meet us to help unlock my van. I located my keys as he was arriving and was terribly embarrassed that he had gone to so much trouble. He (and his wife) were incredible. They never made me feel like I had inconvenienced them or interrupted their evening. He again encouraged me to call whenever I had a problem and told me to always ask for him specifically when calling the dealership. I am so impressed by his commitment to his customers and their satisfaction! We love our Honda van but we really love the personal service Mike provides. One satisfied customer Saturday October 5th 2013 I stopped at Honda of Ocala just to see if the 2014 models had arrived. I had no intentions of buying a car from that dealer Saturday October 5th 2013 I stopped at Honda of Ocala just to see if the 2014 models had arrived. I had no intentions of buying a car from that dealership as I had a bad experience there in 2010. I was greeted on the lot by Mike Lehman, he was very helpful in locating the exact model and color I was looking for. Mr. Lehman made the process of buying a new car enjoyable as it should be. I have purchased many automobiles through the years and I would have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. Mike Lehman was true gentleman and very professional through the whole process not to mention I think he gave me a pretty good deal. I returned about a month later to Honda of Ocala to purchase some touch paint for an unfortunate scratch that happened on the front bumper. Mike saw me there and came over to see if I needed anything, I told him what had happened and he insisted on ordering the correct paint and at no charge to me. I was driving through The Villages when the car was struck be a golf ball, which put a deep dent in the trunk lid. Once again Mike was there for me; he made an appointment for me the following week with their dent repair specialist and again he said there was no charge. I left there 100 percent satisfied. I can't say enough good things about Honda of Ocala, they are truly a first class dealership and have changed the way I view car buying. I only hope that Mike Lehman is there for the next car I buy from Honda of Ocala. More

Shopping for a vehicle can be quite the gamble, especially if you are new to the area and don't have any idea where to go. I had recently moved to Citrus County and had found their one and only Honda dealership severely lacking in options both in inventory and price. I came to Honda of Ocala on a whim to get service done on my then 2007 Honda CR-V and fell in love. I was in Paramedic school at the time just down the street at the local college and the technicians were able to complete the service on my car in time for me to get back to class without delay. Fast forward almost four years and I have purchased two vehicle's from Mike Lehman as my direct sales associate with help from Mike Bannon and an extraordinary amount of help and customer service from Mr. Steve Hoggle, the now General Manager. This time around I am coming to Honda of Ocala to find a vehicle for my Mom, who will be driving my very precious brand new baby around. Just before the baby was born, I sent Mr. Hoggle an email detailing what I was looking for. He responded promptly and assured me he could work within my Mom's smaller budget and sent Mike Lehman on the hunt for us. Mr. Lehman met us one afternoon with Mr. Bannon to just check out the inventory and we were able to narrow down our choices. Tomorrow we plan on heading back to find the perfect car and hopefully we will be driving off the lot with a dream car for my mom that is safe for the baby. I have to say, I now live over an hour away in Lake County, and I still make the trek over to Honda of Ocala for all of my oil changes, service on my vehicle, and sometimes even just to pop in and say "Hi." The gentlemen mentioned above have truly made it an effortless, enjoyable experience to do business with them. They listen, actually hear your needs and jump at the chance to find exactly what you are searching for down to the smallest detail. I know I can trust each one of them to treat me and my precious cargo as they would their own family. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family.
