My experience with Mike Lehman and Ramy Tarawneh was one of the best I have had at a dealership. I purchased my previous Van from Ken Daniels and he was exceptional also. I brought my van in for service and was out looking at the CR-V when Mike approached me. He was very helpful in answering my questions regarding the vehicle. I had no intention of buying a new vehicle, however after I took the CR-V for a test drive I decided I just might consider a new purchase. Mike introduced me to Ramy and they both helped get me through the process. There was no pressure and I was treated very well. They listened to my questions and answered each one to my satisfaction. Buying a car can be a very uneasy and stressful experience. Our salseman, Mike Lehman, was teriffic. He took his time with us and explained the product. Never have I had a more pleasurable experience. Mike is an unique individual--he is sincere and cares that the person purchasing a Honda is purchasing the car that best suites his/her lifestyle needs. Chris explained the special features on our car and made the transition very easy and comfortable. This is my first Honda purchase and will not be my last! Working with Mike Lehman and Ramy Tarawneh was a good experience, they were knowledgeable, sincere, and worked together to finish our change from a 2010 CRV to a 2012 CRV. The vehicle's improvements mad experience, they were knowledgeable, sincere, and worked together to finish our change from a 2010 CRV to a 2012 CRV. The vehicle's improvements made it easy to do the trade, even though the time spent getting to a final sale and driving away took more time than necessary. We came in expecting to spend about an hour waiting for our car to be serviced and didn't leave until after 2pm. The process could be simpler for the customer, especially a satisfied Honda customer. Time wasted is the reason for the lower rating for overall experience. More

I initially spoke with Mike Lehman but not ready to purchase a car yet. He was extremely polite so I said I would request him when I was ready, which is what I did. He took care of us quickly and exp purchase a car yet. He was extremely polite so I said I would request him when I was ready, which is what I did. He took care of us quickly and expertly, however, they did not have a red Honda that I really wanted. Instead we purchased the dark amber metallic. About 10 days later, my husband contacted Mike indicating that we were not happy with the color, not expecting anything to be done about it. Mike Keegan Sr. got involved and indicated that they only wanted happy customers so they searched for a red Honda. Within a week, we received a shiny new red Honda with updated features and additions to my specifications. The paperwork was ready for us and we picked it up on Friday, 7/27. That was a particularly busy day at the dealership, but Mike Lehman found the time to give everyone personal attention. I cannot give enough praise to both Mr.Lehman and Mr. Keegan for going out of their way to make us feel like we were very important customers and to ensure that we were happy with our Honda before we left the showroom. My husband and I felt comfortable from the minute we encountered the staff and management at Honda of Ocala and were constantly impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of everyone involved. The showroom has a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member who walked by acknowledged us and said hello. We will definitely recommend Honda of Ocala to anyone we know. Any car we purchase from now on will be from Honda of Ocala. More

We had a 2012 Honda Civic which we had purchased in 2011 that we brought in for an oil change and tire repair. My husband was interested in some information on a Honda Hybrid. The Honda team was not only courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable of their products but also offered us a deal which we could not pass up.
