The dealership treated me like I was not worthy of a call back or worth them even pulling my credit after I was willing to travel 3 hours to trade in my vehicle and pay whatever down to get the vehicle that back or worth them even pulling my credit after I was willing to travel 3 hours to trade in my vehicle and pay whatever down to get the vehicle that I wanted. The finance manager John Simms told me that the vehicle I wanted was not the vehicle for me because it was too expensive and would take thousands down to purchase. He made this accusation out of pure ignorance. Didn't even pull my credit. It upset myself and NY husband so bad. I will never do business at this place and shame on John and MIke for treating me that way. I'm assuming because I'm a black woman I can't afford a 64 thousand dollar tahoe. We were trying to purchase the vehicle and pay half of it off but was never given that chance. I am disgusted with how I was treated and do not recommend anyone to do business with these people. More

I was overly impressed by the overall service, patience, and atmosphere of Honda of Ocala. Before my visit with them I could honestly say that I disliked dealerships whole heartedly, however after going th and atmosphere of Honda of Ocala. Before my visit with them I could honestly say that I disliked dealerships whole heartedly, however after going there and getting to work with Mr. Lehman and his team I will definitely be back in the future. Just the fact he took the time to break things down and explain things that he knew I wasn't understanding, and also took the time to even give me pointers for future purchases was amazing. Great job and Thank you all for a great experience, and rest assured when the time comes again I will make that trip again. More

Michael was a wonderful guy to work with when we bought our CRV. He never pressured us in buying the car. Was very personable and polite. LIARS! My Mother who’s 80 went to another dealership first and they had the exact car but they said that it had been wrecked and she did not want a wrecked vehicle. So, She went to Honda of Ocala and fo first and they had the exact car but they said that it had been wrecked and she did not want a wrecked vehicle. So, She went to Honda of Ocala and found the same vehicle, my brother was with her and asked Mike Lehman if it had ever been wrecked. HE LIED DIRECTLY TO THEM!!! And told my brother NO. Never wrecked. Everything seems ok my Mom buys the car and about 10 days later she went to get something fixed on the car at a dealership close to her. The salesmen pulls up the report and tells her that IT WAS WRECKED!!! So, I contacted them several times , Talked with John Simms several times, left 2 messages with Ricky Carpenters secretary with no response from him. I gave them plenty of opportunity to fix this, and they were just after MORE MONEY! So we are contacted the 1. Attorney General 2. Division of Motor vehicles 3. Google 4. Better business bureau BBB 5. Business fraud investigation division 6. News media 7. Facebook 8. Etc. More

Worked with Michael Lehman, who at first was friendly, witty, etc. However, his demeanor changed once we made the decision to buy. He actually demanded (twice) my husband’s phone so HE could speak with witty, etc. However, his demeanor changed once we made the decision to buy. He actually demanded (twice) my husband’s phone so HE could speak with our insurance agent instead of showing my husband where the information was on the paperwork. When we were sitting with the finance rep, Ovi, who was wonderful, we had a question about a charge on the paperwork. Apparently there is an additional $1,995 charge for the Honda Advantage Plan, which I had not understood. Ovi asked Mike to step in to speak with us, at which point Mike became very rude, defensive, arrogant and aggressive (leaning across the desk, eyes bulging, voice raised). Mike did not even extend the courtesy of walking us to the car and demonstrating features, etc., which I believe was his way of avoiding interacting with us any further. I always tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was by far the worst sales experience of my life. More
