Amazing! I had found this car online after I had been looking for months. It was easy to contact the dealer and when we did they were very kind to have a time I had found this car online after I had been looking for months. Excellent used car Salesman The stigma of used car salesmen being pushy and annoying etc. was furthest from what I had heard previous to visiting Luther Kia in Bloomington MN. I had owned my car for 15 years, so was nervous and leary of buying a car. Pat at Luther was awesome. He has been there for about 16 years, so I was glad to have someone with his knowledge and experience helping me. Mike was very friendly and professional as well. He referred me to Pat, as he was not in the day I went in. Mike did follow through by phone later though to see how things went. Pat was very helpful and reassuring during the waiting process for financing, and did all that he could to be sure I was leaving with that car. Not for himself, but for me too. He genuinely cares about making it about the customer and getting them what they want. I would highly recommend this dealer! More

Great service overall My experience with this dealership was extremely pleasant. Mike approached us and listened to my needs and requirements. I test drove the Forte, not My experience with this dealership was extremely pleasant. Mike approached us and listened to my needs and requirements. I test drove the Forte, not my top choice after testing it. I tested the Optima, it was the "bomb" for me. Mike was happy, and then the dreaded financing part. Mike was great explaining every detail of the process and this is where Matt comes in, both were so patient with my requests. I wanted the Optima, but my credit was not good. Matt was able to assist me to get financing for the Forte! I signed the paper work with Matt, Mike went over the details thoroughly with me of the car before I drove off the lot. Both Mike and Matt are both very friendly, great customer service, knowledgeable and great sense of humor! Top notched customer service! I am very happy with their service and I have to add all the employees were also friendly and helpful. More

Thanks for great service I stopped in for my 30K checkup and met with my salesman about my lease ending in a few months. I was unsure as to whether or not I would be giving ba I stopped in for my 30K checkup and met with my salesman about my lease ending in a few months. I was unsure as to whether or not I would be giving back the car, buying or leasing another. After discussing my options I was sure that I would lease again, but I would want a different car. They did not have any on the lot and they took my specs and located a replacement and brought it to me. Walked away with a car that fit my needs and a payment to match. The staff is always friendly and making every attempt to make me happy. I am very pleased with this dealer. More
