I test drove the Forte, not my top choice after testing it. I tested the Optima, it was the "bomb" for me. Mike was happy, and then the dreaded financing part. Mike was great explaining every detail of the process and this is where Matt comes in, both were so patient with my requests. I wanted the Optima, but my credit was not good. Matt was able to assist me to get financing for the Forte! I signed the paper work with Matt, Mike went over the details thoroughly with me of the car before I drove off the lot. Both Mike and Matt are both very friendly, great customer service, knowledgeable and great sense of humor! Top notched customer service! I am very happy with their service and I have to add all the employees were also friendly and helpful. More

I was unsure as to whether or not I would be giving back the car, buying or leasing another. After discussing my options I was sure that I would lease again, but I would want a different car. They did not have any on the lot and they took my specs and located a replacement and brought it to me. Walked away with a car that fit my needs and a payment to match. The staff is always friendly and making every attempt to make me happy. I am very pleased with this dealer. More

In 50 years, I've never seen a dealership like this. I have never been treated this well! It took 5 minutes to get my price which was so low I didn't think it was possible. Then they got me a great pri I have never been treated this well! It took 5 minutes to get my price which was so low I didn't think it was possible. Then they got me a great price on the accessories and offered to ship out what wasn't in stock. Next they went out of their way to help me get the car home. Mike was just great and everyone I met was sincere and friendly. Simply put, this is the ONLY place to get a Kia. These days, this amount of quality customer care is amazing. Oh, and by the way, the Soul is way better than I ever expected. At my age, I can even live with the Hamsters. More
