The service here is always excellent. The wait time is not a problem. Had an oil change, tire balance and rotations and they did a courtesy car wash. The tech Jose did the wash himself as they were a little backed up in the service department. That being said, everything was great. Got me a hotdog and a drink while i waited. All was good. More

They are under new ownership so we were hesitant, but we were ablennto book an appointment online for the next day. Again, we were hesitant because that never happens. Well, we were in and out and on our way very quickly. It was a great experience. The only thing I would say is that when I take my Mother's car to Honda for any kind of maintenance (even if I just need them to put air in the tires) they wash and vaccuum the car. This is one of those little things that I know people really appreciate. I LOVED the video they sent me! More
