Regrettably, another instance where financial concerns take precedence over building relationships has occurred. However, there has consistently been a delay in receiving responses from the BDC Manager, Mike. I always had to initiate contact to inquire about the status of my inquiries. In our last conversation, Mike promised to provide a video showing the condition of the car's underside, but failed to deliver. When I followed up, he mentioned that he had someone in the showroom and did not fulfill his promise. To summarize, he ended up selling the car, completely disregarding my interest. This is not the first time I have witnessed such behavior from this dealer, as their reviews indicate. It is disappointing that they prioritize money over taking care of loyal customers like myself. More
