Our car shopping experience was off to a great start when we began talking with Bill Shelby,the dealer who approached us. His manner is very unassuming and helpful without the sales pressure that can make buying or leasing a nightmare. He made the process effortless , addressed every concern and answered every question. The sales manager, Tony Fodor, was very accommodating and friendly and was also a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with our new vehicle and feel supported in every way possible by this dealership with roadside assistance, a well managed service department and the many assurances by staff that help is a phone call away if required. I wouldn’t hesitate a minute to recommend this dealership and it’s staff!

I have been a Loyal Chevrolet Customer for almost 2 decades which represents multiple vehicles with having a family of 6. Approaching the maturation of my current 2 leases, I went to a recommended dealer in Cherry Hill and had a really bad customer experience with Sales. I had researched other vehicles from different Manufacturers other than Chevy having had that bad experience. It had been my first time to Malouf and the General Manager, Joseph Mitolo and my Sales Rep, Bill Selby totally changed my Chevrolet experience. Hoping to have at least 2 decades more of vehicles coming from this dealership.
These people were decent & ethical. Although this dealership was pretty large they seem to care enough about the average customer right down to Finance Manager, Kevin Szelag!
