Joe has been phenomenal throughout the entire process—his customer service is truly five-diamond quality. John has an incredible knowledge of Cadillac vehicles and their technology. When I couldn't get my OnStar, door locks, or Apple CarPlay to work (completely user error on my part!), John was incredibly patient, took the time to walk me through everything, and quickly resolved all of my concerns. I can't say enough about John and the entire team at Malouf Cadillac. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are exactly why I continue to return.
