I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. First when I pulled in at 10:20, I had to wait for someone to wait on me for 20 minutes. Then it was after 12:00 before my car was ready to rotation. First when I pulled in at 10:20, I had to wait for someone to wait on me for 20 minutes.
