I was told by the "internet sales consultant" Ivan that there would be no problem with the price I wanted to pay and the down payment/term length to order a new High Altitude Jeep Wrangler. When I showed there would be no problem with the price I wanted to pay and the down payment/term length to order a new High Altitude Jeep Wrangler. When I showed up to my appointment to sign the paperwork I was handed to a new salesman, Gabriel, who didn't know anything that was discussed and said the internet consultant had no authority to agree to pricing and jacked up the pricing $80/month, 2x down payment and increased term length from 39 to 48. When I offered $2000 more than what the sales consultant agreed to, the news sales man ignored me and never even acknowledged my increased offer. I have all the emails, I will never go back and I will make sure to pass along my feelings. Be honest on the front end, and when you agree to something you have to honor it. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. Nick was pleasant, respectful, and super helpful thought out the process, as well as his sales manager Mike. My mom and I came in a little before 3 and did no pleasant, respectful, and super helpful thought out the process, as well as his sales manager Mike. My mom and I came in a little before 3 and did not leave until around 7. Nick made sure were comfortable the entire time we were there. We test drove two cars; he listened to our concerns and found vehicles that fit my needs. With the help of Mike, we were all able to come to an agreement where I was able to get what I needed at an appropriate price. The issues arose when handling the paper work with the finance manager, Sal. We sat for over a half an hour when we were told he'd be ready for us in 10 minutes. It was not until we got up and said something that, "he was ready" and we could go in his office. We were rushed through signing papers and all questions were ignored, shut down, and pushed aside. When I got home and reviewed the paperwork I realized that Sal had messed up my mom and I's information as I was co-owning the vehicle. When we went back on Monday to pick it up we asked that he change the errors he had made. He proceeded to blame the errors on us and our salesperson, pushing us out of his office because "those are his problems." Sal was rude, audacious, and quick frankly disgrace to the company. The way he treated us, had me ready to leave without the car, but once again Nick came to the rescue and helped us through. Nick did everything he could to put me on the roads in an affordable vehicle with a smile on my face. (I noticed the one key fob was dead, and he got it fixed before I left.) I am grateful for my experience purchasing a car with the Salesman Nick and his Sales manager Mike. As for Sal, that is the only reason why I gave this dealership only 2 stars. More

Ed Harney is an amazing sales consultant! I went in yesterday ready to get out of my 2016 Jeep Patriot after 4+ years, and I had my eye on a 2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn. Not only was he extremely kind, but yesterday ready to get out of my 2016 Jeep Patriot after 4+ years, and I had my eye on a 2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn. Not only was he extremely kind, but he also worked for me as a customer. When it came to the trade he pushed FOR me to get the most out of it and gave me an amazing deal way below what I was expecting in monthly payments. I used to work with Ed when I was in the internet department, and I always knew my customers were in great hands with him. Now, as a customer, I know why! I will be sending my family to Ed Harney from here on out! More

Received an email from them, showing the newest October 2020 deals. One of the vars was the Jeep Compass Sun and Safety, stock # 202429 VIN# 3C4NJDBB5LT251788. I went it ready to buy but oopps they didnt have the keys, or they sold it, or they never got the car. But for some reason is in the small inventory of deals i got on my email today!. So either they are choosing not to sale the car to me because they prefer someone with ñess credit and that doesnt ask them that many question OR they need to get it together. Either way the reason they are the number 1 dealer is because they screw people the most. Are there any legal consequences to showing a car you "dont have in stock?" More

Stay far away from these people. Kept getting calls from them and asked it to stop so the salesman cursed me off. Mike Markoski the manager then called me back and tried defending his employee. Don't waste your time when you get a reply on here from Jamie. She is just one angry lady who will just laugh at you. This dealership is bad to say the least. More

Horrible Customer Service Let me start by saying that this is the third car that I have leased from this auto group. First I leased a Nissan Rouge in 2013, then a Jeep in 2016 Let me start by saying that this is the third car that I have leased from this auto group. First I leased a Nissan Rouge in 2013, then a Jeep in 2016 and now a new jeep in September 2019. The first two experiences were wonderful. This one started the same. The salesman and sales manager worked to get me to the price that I wanted for the car that I wanted. However, service since then has been HORRIBLE and lacking in complete honesty. Before leaving the lot, there were scratches noticed on the hood and the rear passenger door was not aligned correctly, showing that the car was not clearly inspected by them first. I was told to make an appointment for service and they would fix it. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment and then my car was in the shop for over a week. I was told when I was signing the new lease that they would take care of all of the final costs for the previously leased jeep. I received a check from them for $651.33, which was to cover my final payment as well as over mileage. In November I received a bill from my previous lease company for $1049. This included a $395 lease termination fee. Never once in the four hours spent at the dealership did anyone mention that there would be additional fees that I would be responsible for on my previous lease. All I was told was all final costs would be handled. When I reached out to Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge I was asked to send them a copy of my bill. I did and received an email saying that there was no error made on their part. I called my salesman on Monday November 18 and discussed the fact that there was NEVER a mention of additional costs that I would have to pay. Seeing as this dealership set me up with the lease they should have been aware and informed me. I stated simply that this is terrible customer service and very misleading. As a customer, I do not appreciate this and will take this into consideration when this lease is up and I am looking for a new car. I was told a note would be left for the manager to return my call. By Saturday 11/23 I had not received a call back. So I called, waited on hold for 5 minutes and then was told that I would receive a call back that day. This was at 3:30 and the dealership closes at 8. By 7:30 still no call, so I called back one last time and requested to simply wait on hold this time instead of waiting until Monday. I waited on hold for a total of 45 minutes and 12 seconds; they hung up on me. Sadly, this experience and absolutely terrible customer service has encouraged me to take my business elsewhere and I would recommend that others do the same. More

They lost a sale! Went to this dealership to buy a car. Sales guy was very nice. Since I wasn't understanding the math, he brought over his sales manager. Window etching, trying to charge tax on MSRP, not negotiated price, etc. He was very unpleasant to deal with. So, I left, and bought the SAME car from another dealership that treated me respectfully. Their loss. Buyer beware. As they say, 'the devil is in the details' ... make sure to review the numbers before you sign, and if you have any questions, be prepared to get berated. More
