We worked McPherson from the beginning at Hennessy. He was very respectful of our budget and showed us everything in that range. He understood our color desires and wheel options. We ended up getting a new car as opposed to a CPO because my wife fell in love with the red and black Macan and the great wheel package! Mike is detail oriented, he knows his Porsche’s and loves to talk about the benefits of owning one. He is somewhat of a gear head which is what you want in this business! Hennessy has a dedicated show room area for classics which provided a professional environment for potential buyers to inspect the car. Additionally, Mike prepared a though package of information on the car for buyer review on their website and since my car was serviced at Hennessy all the records were easily attainable. The car drew multiple interested parties and Mike was able to answer all questions and point out the benefits of my car and as a result it sold quickly. We made the trip from Tuscaloosa to Roswell and only gave Mike a 2 day notice, but he had the car cleaned and ready for a test drive. Our return trip the next week to pick the car up was a great experience with Mike spending half a day going over the car with me, setting up the phone, etc. A thorough explanation of the CPO process, how the navigation system worked, what to do when warnings might come on, etc. made me very comfortable with my drive home. After sale contact has been great and anything I needed was taken care of promptly! If you’re looking for a car give Mike a call...no stress, no BS and no surprises...just great information and service. I’m a very happy customer. More
