I'm a bit older and over my lifetime have bought more than a few cars and trucks from dealerships across the Eastern United States for myself and family. I always dread, with the exception of one other GM dealership, the purchase process, especially when a trade may be involved. It usually takes forever. I usually get pressure to buy extras during the payment and documentation process. That was not the case yesterday. I traveled about an hour and a half to Hennessy to meet with my sales associate, Mike McPherson. Mike met me on his day off. I had communicated with Mike for about a year and a half by text, email and occasionally in person in an attempt to find a particular type of car. Just when I had given up. Mike called. I arrived a bit later than arranged and was very cordially met by Mike when I walked in the door. Mike escorted me to the car and while I oohed and awed (this was a VERY big "deal" to me), Mike left, brought me a bottle of water and then begin to patiently describe the car, answered some questions and briefed me on some things to be careful of. Mike knows his "stuff". When that was done I was introduced to Ms. Sarah Ali to complete the payment and documentation process while my trade was being appraised. No wait. Sarah is easy going, patient and didn't try to pressure me into into anything that I didn't want. She gave me the information that I wanted, advice when she thought it was helpful and made me feel at ease. About the time that the documentation was almost complete, Mike walked in with an offer for my trade. I was treated extremely well on that trade. No going back and forth. They didn't try and "beat me up" with a ton of excuses. They offered a fair to both parties amount. I have never had that happen before.... Next was an in car brief from Mike. He paired my phone and effectively and patiently explained the electronic interfaces while being interrupted frequently by me with questions. And then I drove off. The whole experience took maybe 2 hours and a half hour of that was waiting for my payment to be wired. I got home and Mike, again, on his day off, texted to see how the trip, car and I was and if I had any questions. Mike McPherson and Hennessy will have my continued support. More

He contacted me late one evening to let me know that a closely equipped version was Mike knew I'd been looking for a certain car for several months. He contacted me late one evening to let me know that a closely equipped version was traded in and held until I was able to come in to see it. He knew what I wanted and acted fast; I appreciate his understanding and attention. The car was CPO'd and Hennessy went the extra mile replacing some consumable items. Mike was very helpful getting those changes done in a manner that suited my preferences. As always Jamey was organized and helpful during the transaction close. This was another top shelf experience at Hennessy Porsche! More

It’s a long drive from my home (other dealers are closer) but the other guys don’t come close to Hennessy service. More
