Exceeded Expectations! I had been unsuccessful in locating a Porsche in my local market, so I went online where I found a car I was interested in at Hennessy Porsche. I contacted the dealership where I spoke to Mike McPherson and Scott Hamilton. I identified the Porsche I was interested in and spoke to these gentlemen on a number of occasions (I had a number of questions). Each time I came away feeling I was in touch with quality people at a quality organization. How good did I feel about Mike and Scott? I drove 400 miles to purchase my Porsche! Not only did I find the car I wanted but I found two men that were focused on satisfying me! What made these two even more exceptional? After making a great deal for my car, I changed my mind! How did these gentlemen respond? They allowed me to cancel the previous deal and select a different Porsche!!! Friendly professional patient and caring, they won me as their Porsche customer. They sourced the vehicle I wanted, managed the payment and the paperwork, and arranged the shipping of the car to Seattle. It was a flawless process.
