The service department is top-notch. The advisers are great and really do look out for your best interests. The porters care for your vehicle, but transportation needs some improvement. The advisers are great and really do look out for your best interests. The porters care for your vehicle, but transportation needs some improvement. I was told numerous times there was Enterprise on site. There is not I was dropped off at Enterprise a couple blocks away and was told they would pick me up when my car was ready. I was called told my car was ready, went to pick it up, dropped off the rental, and called for a pickup. I was not so politely told by transportation that they don't pick up at Enterprise that I would have to find another way to get there. My service advisor Mike, got one of the other guys to come by and get me. More
