Sean Farris, our sales representative listened to us, didn't try to upsell us, gave us time to talk alone and answered all our questions. Mike Miller, the Sales Manager, was also excellent to work with. He said our car would arrive in 5 days but they got us the car in 4 hours. It is perfect! Thank you, Columbia Honda for an excellent experience. We chose to drive to Columbia to purchase our HR-V rather than Jefferson City Honda because of our bad experience with their service department.
