While we originally went to buy a different vehicle, Ryan showed us this vehicle thinking it might fit our needs better and it was love at first drive. Ryan and Mike worked tirelessly to get our payments where we were satisfied with them, as well as getting us the most money possible out of our trade in. Once we agreed on a deal, the dealership was already closed, and it had been a crazy busy Saturday for them. Not only did they stay almost two hours past closing time to take care of us, they also bought us and our two young children pizza for dinner. Very Professional and Efficient Dealership I dealt with Joshua Larimore from the sales department and with Mike MIller, Sales Manager, to lease a new 2016 CR-V. I still had a couple of months r I dealt with Joshua Larimore from the sales department and with Mike MIller, Sales Manager, to lease a new 2016 CR-V. I still had a couple of months remaining on my old lease and they were ablt to buy out the remaining lease payments and get me into a new 2016 vehicle for the same payment that I had with a 2013 Honda Crosstour. The dealership was very well run and held the customer in very high esteem. This has been my first encounter with the sales group at Columbia Honda but have used their Service Department in the past which was also very good. I would hardily recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good price with little need to negotiate a good price on a quality Honda product. Would definitely purchase another vehicle with this sales team. More
